Место препаратов гиалуроновой кислоты в терапии остеоартроза

Аннотация

Представлены данные о позитивной роли препаратов гиалуроновой кислоты (ГЛК) при лечении остеоартроза (ОА) коленных и тазобедренных суставов. Клинический эффект при внутрисуставном введении препаратов обусловлен их не только люмбрикативным, но и в большей степени противовоспалительным и хондропротективным действием. Длительные курсы ГЛК позволяют замедлить риск эндопротезирования сустава при ОА.
