Эти методы включают: 1) анализ больших данных (отбор текстов научных публикаций, поиск новых биомаркеров); 2) компьютерный анализ текстов (автоматическая классификация текстов по содержанию, выявление псевдонаучных текстов); 3) анализ метрических карт (визуализация и анализ сложных закономерностей, в том числе кластеризация) и 4) хемоинформационный анализ, включающий оценку действия лекарств на транскриптом, протеом и микробиом человека. В статье приведены примеры применения этих методов фармакоинформатики к хондропротекторам, содержащим стандартизированные формы хондроитина сульфата и глюкозамина сульфата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The pharmacoinformation approach to the assessment and modeling of drugs involves the use of modern methods of data mining. These methods include: 1) analysis of big data (selection of texts of scientific publications, search for new biomarkers); 2) computer analysis of texts (automatic classification of texts by content, identification of pseudoscientific texts); 3) analysis of metric maps (visualization and analysis of complex patterns, including clustering) and 4) chemoinformation analysis, including the assessment of the effect of drugs on the transcriptome, proteome and microbiome of a person.
