<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an analysis of literature data on the use of a new group of targeted synthetic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors – tofacitinib (TOFA) and upadacitinib (UPA) – in psoriatic arthritis (PsA). The results of randomized placebocontrolled clinical trials and long-term observational studies indicate the high efficacy and safety of using TOFA and UPA in the treatment of patients with PsA who are resistant to synthetic DMARDs and tumor necrosis factor-α inhibitors. The information obtained so far allows us to recommend JAK inhibitors as a new pathogenetic approach to the treatment of PsA.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориатический артрит</kwd><kwd>ингибиторы Янус-киназ</kwd><kwd>тофацитиниб</kwd><kwd>упадацитиниб</kwd><kwd>таргетные синтетические базисные противовоспалительные препараты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriatic arthritis</kwd><kwd>Janus kinase inhibitors</kwd><kwd>tofacitinib</kwd><kwd>upadacitinib</kwd><kwd>targeted synthetic basic anti-inflammatory drugs</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья подготовлена в рамках научной темы «Патогенетические особенности и персонифицированная терапия анкилозирующего спондилита и псориатического артрита» (АААА-А19-119021190147-6, 0514-2019-0009).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The investigation has been conducted within scientific topic № АААА-А19-119021190147-6, 0514-2019-0009 «Pathogenetic features and personalized therapy of ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis».</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Coates LC, Kavanaugh A, Mease PJ, et al.
