В исследование «случай-контроль» включено 38 женщин в постменопаузе с первичным ОА коленных суставов II рентгенологической стадии. Основную группу составили 19 больных, соответствовавших критериям ДСТ, группу контроля – 19 пациенток без ДСТ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Больные контрольной группы имели значимо более высокие показатели индекса массы тела, окружности бедер и более выраженные клинические проявления менопаузального синдрома. У пациенток контрольной группы выявлены все клинические компоненты и лабораторные критерии метаболического синдрома и большие ограничения функции суставов, чем у больных основной группы. У пациенток с ДСТ ОА имеет отличные от метаболического фенотипа патогенетические механизмы развития и прогрессирования.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Диспластический фенотип ОА развивается при отсутствии метаболического синдрома и протекает с меньшими функциональными нарушениями, чем метаболический фенотип. Метаболический фенотип ОА ассоциирован с инсулинорезистентностью, более выраженными функциональными и психоэмоциональными ограничениями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the impact of undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) on the clinical manifestations of primary osteoarthritis (OA) in postmenopausal women.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. The case-control study included 38 postmenopausal women with primary knee OA, radiological stage II. The main group included 19 patients who met the criteria for CTD, the control group included 19 patients without CTD.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Patients in the control group had significantly higher values of body mass index, hip circumference and more pronounced clinical manifestations of menopausal syndrome. Patients in the control group had all clinical components and laboratory criteria of the metabolic syndrome, they also had greater limitations of joint function compared to patients of the main group. In patients with CTD pathogenetic mechanisms of development and progression of OA differ from the metabolic phenotype of OA.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The dysplastic phenotype of OA develops in the absence of metabolic syndrome and with less functional impairment than the metabolic phenotype.
