Помимо недостаточной приверженности пациентов лечению, на эту ситуацию среди других причин влияют врачебные ошибки. В статье рассмотрено несколько клинических случаев, демонстрирующих возможности рационального и аргументированного выбора уратснижающей терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The results of gout therapy in many patients remain unsatisfactory, despite the availability of drugs and recommendations for its treatment. In addition to poor adherence to treatment by patients, medical errors and other reasons influence this situation.
