Обсуждается вклад профессиональных вредностей, онкологического процесса и лучевой терапии в патогенез данного заболевания. Особенностью клинической картины является наличие гидроперикарда, а также редких иммунологических маркеров позднего дебюта системной склеродермии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A clinical case of the development of rapidly progressive systemic sclerosis after repeated coronavirus infection is described. The contribution of occupational hazards, the oncological process and radiation therapy to the pathogenesis of this disease is discussed.
