<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Over the past two years since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, many patients have experienced symptoms of post-Covid syndrome (PCS), which are often found in rheumatic diseases, which can cause diagnostic difficulties for physicians. The article presents epidemiology, a modern view on pathogenesis and possible biomarkers of PCS. As part of the differential diagnosis, the clinical and laboratory manifestations of PCS are considered. The feasibility of COVID-19 vaccination is emphasized and its role in the development of PCS is discussed.
