В первую очередь это связано с необходимостью планирования беременности при большинстве иммуновоспалительных ревматических заболеваний (ИВРЗ). С одной стороны, наличие и активность ИВРЗ может влиять на течение беременности, с другой – беременность, сопровождающаяся изменением общего гормонального фона, нередко является фактором изменения активности ИВРЗ. Часть пациенток принимает препараты с потенциальным тератогенным эффектом. Планирование беременности при ИВРЗ может способствовать ее оптимальному исходу, а также минимизации рисков обострения ИВРЗ. Учитывая широкий спектр применяемых в настоящее время барьерных и гормональных контрацептивов, внедрение в клиническую практику новых препаратов, данные о возможности их использования приобретают особую актуальность для ревматологов практического здравоохранения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Contraception is an important aspect of reproductive health in patients with rheumatic diseases. This is primarily due to the fact that in most immuneinflammatory rheumatic diseases (IRD) pregnancy must be planned. On one hand, the presence and activity of IRD can influence the course of the pregnancy, but on the other hand, pregnancy, which is accompanied by changes in general hormonal levels, is often a factor that alters the activity of IRD. Some patients take medication with potentially teratogenic effects. Planning a pregnancy during IRD can contribute to its optimal progression and minimize the risks of exacerbation of IRD.
