Поражение тазобедренного сустава – ТБС (коксит) встречается практически у половины больных анкилозирующим спондилитом (АС) и часто приводит к ранней инвалидизации. Терапия коксита не разработана, хотя в отечественных рекомендациях это состояние является одним из показаний для назначения генно-инженерных биологических препаратов (ГИБП).
В обзоре приведены данные недавних клинических исследований, посвященных применению ГИБП, при этом акцент сделан на отечественное многоцентровое исследование GO-COX, включавшее больных АС с кокситом.
Показано, что ингибиторы фактора некроза опухоли α эффективны при воспалительном поражении ТБС у больных АС и двухлетнее их использование тормозит прогрессирование коксита.
Hip joint inflammation (coxitis) occurs in almost half of patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and often leads to early disability. A therapy for this condition has not yet been developed, although it is one of the indications for the initiation of biologic therapy in national recommendations. The review presents data from recent clinical trials on the use of biologics, focusing on the Russian national multicenter study of GO-COX in patients with AS with coxitis.
Tumour necrosis factor-α inhibitors have been shown to be effective against inflammatory affection of the hip joint in patients with AS, and their administration over a two-year period inhibits the progression of coxitis.
