Выполнено скорректированное непрямое сравнение (СНС) без якоря на основе результатов ранее проведенного систематического обзора с учетом конфаундеров. Основу анализа составили результаты рандомизированных плацебо-контролируемых клинических исследований препаратов сенипрутуг (BCD-180-2/ELEFTA, NCT05445076) и АДА (ATLAS, NCT00085644), соответствующих критериям отбора. В качестве параметров эффективности были выбраны показатели ASAS40 и ASAS20 на неделе 24. Конфаундерами служили исходные значения индексов BASDAI, BASFI, процент лиц женского пола в исследуемой популяции, время от начала заболевания и исходный уровень СРБ.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Как показало СНС, препарат сенипрутуг (BCD-180) значимо превосходил АДА по клинической эффективности. При выполненной коррекции для пары сенипрутуг (BCD-180)/АДА по параметрам ASAS40 и ASAS20 на неделе 24 отношение шансов составило 1,86 (95% доверительный интервал, ДИ – 1,15–3,02) и 2,21 (95% ДИ – 1,34–3,72) соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Результаты СНС продемонстрировали статистически значимое превосходство препарата сенипрутуг (BCD-180) над АДА по ключевым показателям эффективности ASAS40 и ASAS20 на неделе 24 у взрослых пациентов с активным р-аксСпА. Включение отечественного инновационного препарата сенипрутуг в систему лечения активного р-аксСпА может способствовать уменьшению социально-экономического бремени данного заболевания благодаря обеспечению пациентов доступной эффективной и безопасной терапией на фоне оптимизации расходов здравоохранения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to compare the clinical efficacy of seniprutug (BCD-180) and adalimumab (ADA) in the treatment of adults with active radiographic axial spondyloarthritis (r-axSpA).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Based on the results of a previously conducted systematic review, an unanchored matching-adjusted indirect comparison (MAIC) was performed, adjusting for confounding factors. The analysis was based on the results of randomized placebo-controlled clinical trials of seniprutug (BCD-180-2/ELEFTA, NCT05445076) and ADA (ATLAS, NCT00085644) that met the selection criteria. We chose ASAS40 and ASAS20 measurements at week 24 as efficacy outcomes. Initial BASDAI and BASFI indices, proportion of women in the study population, time from disease onset, and baseline C-reactive protein (CRP) levels were considered as confounders.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The MAIC showed a statistically significant advantage in the clinical efficacy of seniprutug (BCD-180) over ADA. When adjusted, the odds ratios (OR) with 95% confidence intervals (CI) for seniprutug (BCD-180)/ADA were 1.86 (1.15; 3.02) and 2.21 (1.34; 3.72) for ASAS40 and ASAS20, respectively, at week 24.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The MAIC demonstrated statistically significant superiority of seniprutug (BCD-180) over ADA on the key efficacy endpoints ASAS40 and ASAS20 at week 24 in adults with active r-axSpA.
