Из 1034 пациентов с активным РА, соответствовавших критериям ACR/EULAR 2010 г., были сформированы две группы: группа с ИЗЛ, установленным по данным компьютерной томографии легких высокого разрешения (n=82), и группа без ИЗЛ (n=900). У всех больных определяли расчетную скорость клубочковой фильтрации (рСКФ) по формуле Кокрофта–Голта. Наличие и стадию хронической болезни почек (ХБП) оценивали в зависимости от рСКФ: I стадию ХБП диагностировали при рСКФ &lt;89 мл/мин, II (субклиническую) – при 60&lt;рСКФ&lt;89 мл/мин, IIIа (клиническую) – при 45&lt;рСКФ&lt;59 мл/мин и IIIб – при 30&lt;рСКФ&lt;45 мл/мин.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. В группе с ИЗЛ чаще выявлялись артериальная гипертензия (р=0,004), цереброваскулярная болезнь (р=0,0001), сахарный диабет (р=0,04), ожирение, псориаз (р=0,009) и ХБП II–III стадии (р=0,04).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявленное у больных РА частое сочетание ХБП с ИЗЛ, а также известная схожесть и тесное переплетение механизмов патогенеза указанных состояний позволяют предположить существование своеобразного «почечно-легочного синдрома», ассоциированного с определенным вариантом РА.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to compare the course of “rheumatoid disease” in multimorbid patients with and without interstitial lung disease (ILD).</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Two groups were formed of 1034 patients with active rheumatoid arthritis (RA) who met the 2010 ACR/EULAR criteria: one group with ILD identified by high-resolution computed tomography of the lungs (n=82) and another – without ILD (n=900). In all patients, estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) was determined using the Cockroft–Gault formula. The presence and stage of chronic kidney disease (CKD) was assessed depending on the eGFR level: stage I CKD was diagnosed in eGFR &lt;89 ml/min, stage II (subclinical) – 60&lt;eGFR &lt;89 ml/min, stage IIIa (clinical) – 45&lt;eGFR&lt;59 ml/min and IIIb – 30&lt;eGFR&lt;45 ml/min.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Arterial hypertension (p=0.004), cerebrovascular disease (p=0.0001), diabetes mellitus (p=0.04), obesity, psoriasis (p=0.009) and stage II–III CKD (p=0.04) were more frequently observed in the group with ILD.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
