Заболевание приводит к быстрому разрушению и коллапсу субхондральной кости с последующим формированием вторичного остеоартрита пораженного сустава. В обзоре представлены современные методы инструментальной диагностики АОН. Особое внимание уделено выявлению I стадии АОН. Обсуждается подход к ранней диагностике АОН, который может изменить ошибочное представление об отеке костной ткани как признаке, характерном только для АОН, улучшить дифференциацию заболевания с другими состояниями и результаты лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Avascular osteonecrosis (AON) is a common condition that can occur at any age, but more often in young and able-bodied people. The disease leads to rapid destruction and collapse of the subchondral bone with subsequent formation of secondary osteoarthritis of the affected joint. The review presents modern methods of instrumental diagnostics of AON. Particular attention is paid to the detection of stage I AON.
