Заболевание приводит к быстрому разрушению и коллапсу субхондральной кости с последующим развитием вторичного остеоартрита пораженного сустава.</p><p>Представлен обзор современных данных о лабораторных нарушениях при АОН. Подробно описаны биомаркеры, имеющие прямую связь с развитием и прогрессированием АОН. Сформулированы идеи для будущих исследований, которые помогут улучшить выявление и лечения заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Avascular osteonecrosis (AON) is a common condition that most often affects people of working age (20–60 years). The disease leads to rapid destruction and collapse of the subchondral bone with subsequent development of secondary osteoarthritis of the affected joint. The current data on laboratory abnormalities in AON are presented. Biomarkers directly related to the development and progression of AON are described in detail.
