В одномоментное сплошное исследование включено 38 мужчин с СКВ, находившихся на стационарном лечении в ФГБНУ «Научно-исследовательский институт ревматологии им. В.А. Насоновой». У пациентов определяли уровень общего тестостерона, после чего их разделяли на группы с нормальным (&gt;12 нмоль/л) и сниженным его уровнем. Группы пациентов сравнивали по основным показателям, используемым в клинической ревматологической практике для оценки стадии, активности и других медико-демографических характеристик при СКВ, а также по состоянию пуринового и углеводного обмена. Оценены корреляции между уровнем общего тестостерона и некоторыми клинико-лабораторными показателями.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Частота дефицита тестостерона в исследуемой группе составила 13,2%. Были отмечены значимые корреляции уровня общего тестостерона с дозой преднизолона (r=-0,56; p2; p=0,021) и дозой преднизолона (15,0 [12,5; 20,0] vs 10,0 [5,0; 10,0] мг/сут; p=0,021), а также реже принимали гидроксихлорохин. Кроме того, в клинической картине СКВ у них реже наблюдалось поражение суставов, чаще отмечались артериальная гипертензия, а также повышение уровня лейкоцитов в крови. При гипогонадизме выявлен более высокий уровень суточной протеинурии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Показана связь между уровнем тестостерона и дозой преднизолона у мужчин с СКВ. Уровень тестостерона и наличие гипогонадизма не были связаны с течением и активностью СКВ, однако дефицит тестостерона сопровождался наличием кардиометаболических нарушений, а также более выраженной протеинурией и более редким вовлечением суставов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to investigate the frequency of testosterone level lowering in men with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and features of the SLE course, immunosuppressive therapy and metabolic disorders.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The cross-sectional continuous study included 38 men with SLE who were undergoing inpatient treatment in V.A. Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology. Patients' total testosterone level was determined, after which they were divided into groups with normal (&gt;12 nmol/l) and reduced testosterone level. The patient groups were compared using the main indicators used in clinical rheumatological practice to assess the stage, activity and other medical and demographic characteristics of SLE, as well as purine and carbohydrate metabolism. Correlations between total testosterone level and some clinical and laboratory indicators were assessed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The frequency of testosterone deficiency in the studied group was 13.2%. Significant correlations of total testosterone level with prednisone dose (r=-0.56; p2; p=0.021) and dose of prednisone (15,0 [12,5; 20,0] vs 10,0 [5,0; 10,0] and also rarely took hydroxychloroquine compared to those with normal testosterone levels. In addition, in the clinical picture of SLE, there were less joint involvement, more frequent arterial hypertension and an increase in blood leukocytes level. In addition, a higher daily proteinuria value was found in patients with hypogonadism.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The relationship between testosterone level and prednisone dose in men with SLE has been demonstrated.
