Представлены современные рекомендации Американской коллегии ревматологии (American College of Rheumatology, ACR) по скринингу, лечению и ведению пациентов с волчаночным нефритом (ВН) с комментариями российских экспертов. Обсуждаются показания для проведения нефробиопсии, новый подход к лечению различных классов ВН с использованием трехкомпонентной и двухкомпонентной иммуносупрессивной терапии, допустимые дозы и длительность применения глюкокортикоидов.

This article presents the current guidelines of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) on the screening, treatment, and management of patients with lupus nephritis (LN), accompanied by comments from Russian experts. The discussion includes indications for renal biopsy, a new approach to the treatment of various classes of LN using triple and dual immunosuppressive therapy, as well as recommended glucocorticoid dosages and treatment durations.
