Лечение ВН всегда было сложной задачей. Такролимус – эффективный иммунодепрессант, который в последние годы все чаще используется для лечения ВН.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Systemic lupus erythematosus is a complex autoimmune disease in which more than one-third of patients develop lupus nephritis (LN), leading to chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal failure. The treatment of LN has always been a challenge.
