При ПсА определяется главным образом воспаление периферических суставов (артрит), пальцев кистей и стоп (дактилит), энтезисов (энтезит), а также может возникать воспаление в аксиальных структурах – телах позвонков (спондилит) и крестцово-подвздошных суставах (сакроилиит). В настоящее время нспользование методов визуализации для определения поражения костно-мышечной системы при ревматических заболеваниях является неотъемлемой частью диагностического процесса. В последние десятилетия широко обсуждается высокая чувствительность УЗИ для выявления патологии суставов. Этот метод позволяет более точно оценить наличие признаков воспаления суставов и внесуставных структур, что имеет важное значение для диагностики и дальнейшего мониторинга активности заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the joints, spine, and entheses that can develop in patients with psoriasis. PsA is primarily characterized by inflammation of peripheral joints (arthritis), fingers and toes (dactylitis), and entheses (enthesitis); inflammation may also occur in axial structures – the vertebral bodies (spondylitis) and the sacroiliac joints (sacroiliitis). At present, the use of imaging methods to identify musculoskeletal involvement in rheumatic diseases is an integral part of the diagnostic process. In recent decades, the high sensitivity of ultrasound for detecting joint abnormalities has been widely discussed.
