В исследование включено 53 пациента с достоверным диагнозом СКВ и медианой длительности заболевания 6 [1; 12] лет, SLEDAI-2K=10 [6; 18] баллов. Контрольную группу составили 40 практически здоровых лиц, сопоставимых по полу и возрасту. Концентрацию КЛП в сыворотке крови определяли методом иммуноферментного анализа с использованием набора реагентов Bühlmann Laboratories AG (Швейцария) согласно инструкции фирмы-изготовителя. </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. У пациентов с СКВ уровень КЛП в сыворотке крови был статистически значимо выше, чем в контрольной группе (3,7 [2,1; 7,4] и 2,36 [1,77; 3,51] мкг/мл; р=0,004). У больных со средней и высокой активностью СКВ отмечалась более высокая концентрация КЛП, чем у пациентов с низкой активностью (5,61 [2,32; 8,28] и 2,36 [1,56; 3,72] мкг/мл соответственно; р=0,034). Более высокие концентрации КЛП ассоциировались с наличием артрита и повышенным уровнем СРБ, в то время как более низкие – с лейкопенией и нейтропенией. </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. При СКВ отмечается значимое повышение уровня сывороточного КЛП, которое тесно связано с активностью заболевания, наличием артрита и повышенного уровня СРБ. Это подтверждает важную роль нейтрофильного звена иммунитета и нетоза в патогенезе СКВ. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to study the association of serum calprotectin (CLP) with clinical and laboratory manifestations of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). </p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study included 53 patients with a definite diagnosis of SLE and a median disease duration of 6 [1; 12] years; SLEDAI-2K=10 [6; 18] points. The control group consisted of 40 apparently healthy individuals matched for sex and age. Serum CLP concentration was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay using a Bühlmann Laboratories AG (Switzerland) reagent kit according to the manufacturer’s instructions.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. In patients with SLE, serum CLP levels were significantly higher than in the control group (3.7 [2.1; 7.4] vs 2.36 [1.77; 3.51] μg/ml; p=0.004). Patients with moderate and high SLE activity had higher CLP concentrations than those with low activity (5.61 [2.32; 8.28] vs 2.36 [1.56; 3.72] μg/ml, respectively; p=0.034). Higher CLP concentrations were associated with the presence of arthritis and elevated CRP levels, whereas lower concentrations were associated with leukopenia and neutropenia.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. In SLE, a significant increase in serum CLP is observed, which is closely associated with SLE activity, the presence of arthritis, and elevated CRP.
