Патогенез аутоиммунных ревматических заболеваний – сложный многофакторный процесс, в основе которого лежит активация различных звеньев иммунной системы. Одним из подходов к лечению данных заболеваний являются технологии экстракорпоральной терапии, которые представляют собой методики, направленные на удаление из крови компонентов, участвующих в патогенезе заболеваний и приводящих к повреждению тканей. В обзоре рассматриваются различные методики терапевтического афереза, которые применяются для лечения системной красной волчанки. 

The pathogenesis of autoimmune rheumatic diseases is a complex multifactorial process based on activation of various components of the immune system. One of the approaches to the treatment of these diseases is extracorporeal therapy technologies, which are techniques aimed at removing from the blood the components involved in pathogenesis and leading to tissue damage. This review discusses various therapeutic apheresis techniques used for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
