<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Patients with psoriasis (PsO) and psoriatic arthritis (PsA) are characterized by a high prevalence of concomitant obesity and metabolic disorders, and an increased body mass index (BMI) increases the likelihood of PsA development in patients with PsO. Obesity, as well as PsO/PsA, is associated with increased cardiovascular risk and reduced quality of life. Achieving minimal disease activity in PsO/PsA in obese patients may be challenging. Effective and sustained BMI reduction (regardless of the method) increases the likelihood of achieving remission and enhances the efficacy of tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) inhibitors.</p><p>This review presents the results of studies on the effects of the most commonly used drug class for obesity treatment — glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists — on PsO/PsA activity, as well as their combined use with biologic agents. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>псориаз</kwd><kwd>псориатический артрит</kwd><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>метаболический синдром</kwd><kwd>тирзепатид</kwd><kwd>семаглутид</kwd><kwd>лираглутид</kwd><kwd>иксекизумаб</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>psoriasis</kwd><kwd>psoriatic arthritis</kwd><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>metabolic syndrome</kwd><kwd>tirzepatide</kwd><kwd>semaglutide</kwd><kwd>liraglutide</kwd><kwd>ixekizumab</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Круглова ЛС, Бакулев АЛ, Коротаева ТВ и др.
