Рассматриваются вопросы диагностики, консервативного лечения поражений шейного и поясничного отделов позвоночника при ревматоидном артрите (РА) и остеоартрите (ОА). Разработана оригинальная методика консервативных мероприятий у больных РА и ОА с поражением шейного отдела и модифицированная методика лечения боли в нижней части спины (БНЧС). В качестве профилактики рецидивов БНЧС использован принцип «помоги себе сам».

This part considers the diagnosis and medical treatment for cervical and lumbar spinal lesions in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and osteoarthritis (OA). The author has developed an original procedure for medical measures for patients with RA and OA with cervical spinal lesion and a modified procedure for the management of lower back pain (LBP). The help-himself principle is used to prevent recurrent LBP
