В статье подробно описаны рентгенологические симптомы ОП в разных отделах скелета, в губчатой и кортикальной костной ткани. Представлены количественный расчет кортикального индекса и индекса тел позвонков на основании рентгеновской морфометрии позвоночника и полуколичественный метод Сингха для оценки трабекулярной структуры костной ткани в проксимальном отделе бедренной кости. Двухэнергетическая рентгеновская денситометрия является методом ранней диагностики ОП. Описаны основные
показатели, определяющие минерализацию костной ткани, изложены подходы к правильной интерпретации результатов денситометрии, оценке риска переломов костей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prevalence of bone demineralization is a distinguishing characteristic of primary osteoporosis (OP). The paper describes in detail the Xray
symptoms of OP in different parts of the skeleton and in spongy and cortical bone tissues. It gives the calculation of the cortical index and the index of vertebral bodies on the basis of X-ray morphometry of the vertebral column, as well as the Singh semiquantitative method for the assessment of the trabecular bone structure of the proximal femur. Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry is a method for the early diagnosis of OP.
