Приводятся данные литературы и собственные материалы авторов о распространенности ОП. Особое внимание уделено патогенетическим аспектам взаимосвязи ОП и кардиоваскулярных заболеваний. Описаны внескелетные эффекты дефицита витамина Dз, а также результаты 24-месячного наблюдения за пациентами, получавшими различные антирезорбтивные препараты</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper deals with the problem of osteoporosis (OP) in patients with chronic somatic diseases. It gives the data available in the literature and the authors' findings on the prevalence of OP. Particular attention is paid on the pathogenetic aspects of a relationship between OP and cardiovascular diseases.
