Представлены патоморфологические аспекты анкилозирующего спондилита (АС), значение нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов в терапии АС. Данные клинических исследований демонстрируют высокую эффективность и хорошую переносимость ацеклофенака (аэртала) при АС.

The paper describes the pathomorphological aspects of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and the value of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in its therapy. Clinical trials demonstrate the high efficacy of aceclofenac (aertal) in AS.
