Отмечено, что нет убедительных данных, свидетельствующих о способности тизанидина снижать риск развития серьезных осложнений со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта, возникающих на фоне приема нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП), а также уменьшать потребность (среднюю суточную дозу) в НПВП. Указано, что при воспалительных ревматических заболеваниях миорелаксанты (в том числе тизанидин), вероятно, могут быть полезны в ряде случаев как компонент симптоматической терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The gastroprotective properties of tizanidine, a centrally acting myorelaxant, are discussed. It is noted that there is no strong evidence suggesting the ability of tizanidine to reduce the risk of serious gastrointestinal complications arising from with the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and to decrease their need (average daily dose).
