Показано, что, помимо быстрой оптимизации рН мочи, применение препарата приводит к снижению сывороточного уровня мочевой кислоты, коррелирующего с увеличением ее экскреции. Прием препарата отличается хорошей приверженностью лечению, не влияет на показатели функции почек.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper gives the results of an open-label trial of the Uralyt-U citrate used in 30 patients with gout and nephrolithiasis. In addition to rapid urine pH optimization, the use of the drug is shown to cause a reduction in the serum level of uric acid, correlating with its enhanced excretion.
