В статье приводятся данные из истории описания синдрома, современные представления о его патогенезе, рассмотрены клинические проявления заболевания, как типичные, так и более редкие; представлены подходы к терапии и профилактике НВ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Neonatal lupus (NL) is a syndrome diagnosed in neonatal infants, whose mothers frequently suffer from autoimmune rheumatic diseases, manifested by two major signs: skin lesion and cardiac lesion.
