В статье приводится обзор литературы и клиническое наблюдение молодой пациентки, длительно страдавшей болезнью Шёгрена. Через 15 лет после начала заболевания у пациентки возникла кистозно-буллезная трансформация легких и ангиомиолипома почки, расцененные как проявление вероятного лимфангиолейомиоматоза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Cystic and bullous lung transformation occurs in diseases of various origins: neoplastic, genetically determined, rheumatic, lymphoproliferative, and infectious diseases. The paper presents a review of the literature and a clinical case of a young female patient with a long history of Sjögren's disease.
