Статья посвящена дискуссионной проблеме, обусловленной отсутствием в медицинской литературе консенсуса относительно формулировки диагноза синдрома Фелти, являющегося ревматоидным артритом с внесуставными (гематологическими) проявлениями.

The paper deals with the debatable problem due to a lack of consensus in the medical literature regarding the formulation of the diagnosis of Felty's syndrome that is rheumatoid arthritis with extra-articular (hematological) manifestations.
