Выявление факторов риска развития желудочно-кишечных, сердечно-сосудистых, тромботических осложнений, а также послеоперационных кровотечений при индивидуальном подборе анальгетической противовоспалительной терапии, в том числе нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами, является важнейшей задачей при предоперационной подготовке больных с ревматическими воспалительными заболеваниями суставов.

Представлен обзор исследований, касающихся эффективности и безопасности длительного применения ацеклофенака у пациентов, которым предстоит хирургическое лечение суставов.

To identify risk factors for gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, and thrombotic complications, as well as postoperative bleeding, by individually choosing analgesic anti-inflammatory therapy, including that with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, is the most important task in the preoperative preparation of patients with rheumatic inflammatory joint diseases.

The paper reviews studies evaluating the efficiency and safety of long-term aceclofenac use in patients who are to undergo joint surgery.
