Ранний остеоартрит: разработка критериев диагностики

Аннотация

Ранний остеоартрит (ОА) – малоизученная проблема, важное значение которой обусловлено как распространенностью ОА в популяции, так и высокими медико-экономическими затратами на лечение и реабилитацию пациентов с этим заболеванием. Накапливающиеся данные указывают на то, что более раннее активное ведение пациентов с ОА может обусловливать лучший долгосрочный прогноз, однако до настоящего времени сама формулировка понятия «ранний остеоартрит», как и целостные клинико-диагностические критерии заболевания полноценно не сформулированы. В статье рассмотрена проблема разработки подходов к диагностике раннего ОА с использованием клинических, лабораторных и современных инструментальных методов обследования.
