Рецидивирующий полихондрит: обзор литературы и описание клинического случая

Аннотация
Рецидивирующий полихондрит (РПХ) – редкое заболевание, диагностика которого представляет определенные трудности. Это связано с отсутствием на начальных этапах болезни характерных клинических проявлений, поздним установлением диагноза и трудностями подбора адекватной терапии.
В статье представлены обзор литературы, посвященный диагностике и лечению РПХ, а также клинический случай, особенностью которого является поражение трахеобронхиального дерева и других систем органов при отсутствии классического вовлечения в процесс ушных раковин.
