Облитерирующий тромбангиит: взгляд с позиции ревматолога

Аннотация
Облитерирующий тромбангиит (ОТ), или болезнь Бюргера, – сегментарный тромботический острый и хронический воспалительный процесс в мелких и средних артериях и венах, преимущественно верхних и нижних конечностей, в редких случаях могут поражаться церебральные, коронарные, почечные и мезентериальные русла. В статье описаны ревматические проявления ОТ, приведен круг заболеваний, с которыми проводится дифференциальная диагностика, представлены обновленные диагностические критерии ОТ 2023 г.
