Феномен внутрисуставных «рисовых телец» у пациентки с ревматоидным артритом: описание клинического случая

Структуры, напоминающие «рисовые тельца» (РТ), могут быть обнаружены у пациентов с ревматоидным артритом (РА), системной красной волчанкой, псориатическим артритом и туберкулезным тендовагинитом. Полость суставов является типичным местом локализации РТ. Хотя наличие РТ может создавать диагностические сложности у пациентов с ревматическими заболеваниями, в литературе они упоминаются редко. Предполагаются разные этиологические причины этой патологии. Основной неинвазивной методикой выявления РТ является магнитно-резонансная томография. Для верификации изменений применяется морфологическое исследование.

В статье представлен клинический случай обнаружения РТ в полости левого плечевого сустава у пожилой женщины с длительным анамнезом РА и сопутствующими заболеваниями, описаны диагностические методы и тактика лечения.
