Смертность от ревматоидного артрита в странах мира

Аннотация
Ревматоидный артрит (РА) по-прежнему связан с более высоким риском смертности, чем в общей популяции. Прогноз при РА определяется не столько хроническим артритом, сколько коморбидными заболеваниями. В статье представлены данные о распространенности и структуре сопутствующих заболеваний, а также о причинах смерти у пациентов с РА в разных странах. Показаны различия в профиле коморбидности и смертности у пациентов с РА в европейских, азиатских и африканских странах.
