Аннотация
Поражение сердца – одно из тяжелых проявлений системной склеродермии (ССД), которое варьируется от субклинических форм до опасных для жизни состояний, характеризуется плохим прогнозом и высокой смертностью. Кардиопатия при ССД может быть первичной и вторичной, связанной с сопутствующими заболеваниями. Поэтому важную роль играет своевременная диагностика первичного поражения сердца, в частности определение сывороточных биомаркеров.
В обзоре рассмотрены варианты лабораторных биомаркеров для выявления первичного поражения сердца при ССД, их вклад в раннюю диагностику и прогнозирование течения заболевания.
