Русскоязычная версия индекса активности системной красной волчанки Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Score (SLE-DAS)

Аннотация
Системная красная волчанка (СКВ) – хроническое аутоиммунное заболевание с выраженной клинико-иммунологической гетерогенностью, что затрудняет объективную оценку ее активности. Целью работы была адаптация и перевод на русский язык индекса активности СКВ Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Score (SLE-DAS). Проведены прямой и обратный перевод, экспертиза текста, протестирована тестовая версия. Итоговый вариант учитывает клинические и лабораторные проявления СКВ и удобен для применения в рутинной практике. Русскоязычная версия SLE-DAS позволит улучшить объективную оценку активности заболевания и повысить качество ведения пациентов.
