Применение препарата Ремикейд® у больных хронической тофусной подагрой:теоретические предпосылки и оценка собственного опыта

Аннотация
Статья посвящена клиническому опыту применения препарата Ремикейд® - ингибитора ФНО а - у больных хронической тофусной подагрой, резистентной к терапии глюкокортикоидами и нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами. Отмечен хороший продолжительный клинический эффект препарата, заключающийся в уменьшении числа болезненных и припухших суставов, что подтверждает теоретическое обоснование применения антицитокиновых препаратов, в частности ингибиторов ФНО а, у больных подагрой.
