Общемедицинские аспекты применения мелоксикама (Мовалис®) в клинической практике: эффективность и безопасность

Аннотация
Представлены результаты рандомизированных клинических исследований и использования мелоксикама в реальной клинической практике у больных с факторами риска желудочно-кишечных и кардиоваскулярных неблагоприятных событий. Показаны преимущества мелоксикама в отношении безопасности при равной эффективности по сравнению с неселективными нестероидными противовоспалительными препаратами, высокая безопасность в отношении осложнений со стороны желудочно-кишечного тракта, не уступающая таковой целекоксиба. Представлены данные клинических и экспериментальных исследований, свидетельствующие об отсутствии у мелоксикама негативного влияния на хрящ.
