Поздний ревматоидный артрит — особенности ведения больных

Аннотация
В статье представлены данные о лечении больных с поздней стадией ревматоидного артрита (РА), обосновано длительное лечение базисными противоревматическими препаратами, в том числе лефлуномидом как препаратом первой линии. Приводится клиническое наблюдение пациента с поздней стадией РА на фоне лечения аравой.
