Мультиморбидность в ревматологии. От комплексной оценки болезни – к оценке комплекса болезней

Аннотация

Всемирная организация здравоохранения относит к основным неинфекционным заболеваниям кардиоваскулярные, онкологические, хронические респираторные болезни, а также сахарный диабет и некоторые другие нозологии, включая психическую и скелетно-мышечную патологию. Считается, что они представляют собой главную проблему здравоохранения XXI в. При этом у одного пациента часто встречается сочетание нескольких ассоциированных с возрастом хронических заболеваний, которые развиваются одновременно или последовательно. Ведение таких больных требует интегрального подхода, ориентированного на мультиморбидный характер патологии. В отличие от определения коморбидных нарушений, которое предполагает выделение основного и сопутствующих заболеваний, концепция мультиморбидности таких градаций не предусматривает и трактует имеющиеся у пациента хронические заболевания как равнозначные.
