Озонотерапия – недооцененные возможности в лечении заболеваний крупных суставов

Аннотация
Остеоартрит (ОА) и другие заболевания крупных суставов остаются нерешенной проблемой современной ортопедии и ревматологии. Использование внутрисуставных инъекций различных препаратов, в том числе гиалуроновой кислоты, широко распространено как в нашей стране, так и за рубежом, однако эффективность лечения не всегда достаточна, несмотря на его высокую стоимость. Одним из результативных и недорогих методов лечения ОА является внутрисуставная озонотерапия, получившая в последнее время широкое распространение. Способность озона подавлять воспаление в суставе, улучшать кровоснабжение, в том числе субхондральной кости, и уменьшать боль считается основным достоинством этого метода. Безопасность и незначительный риск неблагоприятных реакций позволяют использовать его у широкого круга пациентов.
