Аксиальный спондилоартрит: современный взгляд на концепцию и эволюцию болезни

Аннотация

В статье представлены данные о терминологии, классификации спондилоартритов (СпА) и освещена современная концепция аксиального СпА (аксСпА). Приведена сравнительная характеристика международных когорт пациентов с аксСпА. Описана роль магнитно-резонансной томографии и рентгенографии в диагностике и изучении эволюции аксСпА.
