Клинический случай системной склеродермии у мужчины: гендерные различия и возможности капилляроскопии

Аннотация
Описан пациент с подострым течением системной склеродермии (ССД) и трехфазным синдромом Рейно в дебюте. Диагноз установлен в соответствии с критериями ACR/EULAR 2013 г. В течение 8 мес после начала заболевания у пациента развилась классическая картина ССД с полиорганным поражением, а при проведении капилляроскопии сосудов ногтевого ложа были выявлены признаки активной стадии склеродермической ангиопатии. Проанализированы факторы неблагоприятного течения ССД.
