Лекарственная реакция с эозинофилией и системными симптомами (DRESS), вызванная сульфасалазином: описание случая и обзор литературы

Аннотация
Синдром лекарственной гиперчувствительности (drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome, DIHS), или лекарственная реакция с эозинофилией и системными симптомами (drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms, DRESS), представляет собой редкую потенциально фатальную системную реакцию, характеризующуюся мультиорганным поражением с вовлечением печени, кроветворной системы и кожи, гетерогенными проявлениями с развитием лихорадки, сыпи, лимфаденопатии и эозинофилии с непредсказуемым течением.
Описана 41-летняя пациентка, у которой синдром DRESS возник после приема сульфасалазина, назначенного по поводу нерентгенологического аксиального спондилоартрита. Лечение внутривенными, а затем пероральными глюкокортикоидами было эффективным. Представлен обзор литературы по данной проблеме.
