Особенности системной красной волчанки у пациентов азиатского этноса

Аннотация
Системная красная волчанка (СКВ) характеризуется неблагоприятным исходом и непредсказуемым течением. Значительное влияние на течение и исход болезни оказывает принадлежность пациента к определенному этносу. СКВ у афроамериканцев и азиатов протекает в более тяжелой форме, чем у белых европейцев. В обзоре рассматриваются эпидемиологические данные, особенности течения и клинических проявлений СКВ у азиатов.
