Роль иммунного воспаления в патогенезе остеоартроза, возможности коррекции иммунных нарушений

Аннотация
В последние годы в патогенезе остеоартроза большая роль отводится иммунным нарушениям, в частности роли провоспалитель-ных цитокинов (интерлейкин 1 - ИЛ 1, фактор некроза опухоли α - ФНО α), которые активируют катаболические процессы не только в хрящевой ткани, но и в субхондральной кости и других структурах сустава. В определенной степени снижают активность цитокинов нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты, медленно действующие симптоматические препараты (хондроитина и глюкозамина сульфат), а также диацереин, непосредственно блокирующий ИЛ 1 и опосредованно - ФНО α.
