Применение цитрата уралит-У у больных подагрой и нефролитиазом

Аннотация
В статье приведены результаты открытого исследования применения цитрата уралит-У у 30 больных подагрой и нефролитиазом. Показано, что, помимо быстрой оптимизации рН мочи, применение препарата приводит к снижению сывороточного уровня мочевой кислоты, коррелирующего с увеличением ее экскреции. Прием препарата отличается хорошей приверженностью лечению, не влияет на показатели функции почек.
