Поражение осевого с келета при псориатическом артрите

Аннотация

Поражение позвоночника при псориатическом артрите (ПсА) наблюдается в большом числе случаев, однако до сих пор не сформирован единый подход к решению этой проблемы. Четко не определены критерии диагноза псориатического спондилита, нет общепринятых международных дефиниций для этого понятия, не сформулированы критерии обострения и ремиссии для ПсА с учетом спондилита. У специалистов группы GRAPPA (Group for Research and Assessment of Psoriasis and Psoriatic Arthritis) в настоящее время отсутствуют собственные рекомендации по лечению аксиального поражения при ПсА. В этой области заимствуется терапевтическая тактика, используемая при лечении аксиального спондилоартрита и анкилозирующего спондилита. Поражение позвоночника при ПсА нуждается в дальнейшем изучении.
