Анализ распространенности и факторов риска развития остеоартрита в популяции

Аннотация
В обзоре отражены данные крупномасштабных зарубежных и российских исследований, посвященных эпидемиологии остеоартрита (ОА). Рассматривается роль модифицируемых и немодифицируемых факторов риска развития ОА, таких как возраст, пол, гормональный статус, ожирение и др. Приводятся данные о наследственной предрасположенности к ОА и наличии врожденных аномалий, способствующих формированию структурных изменений сустава. Анализируются сведения о воздействии расовых и этнических факторов на развитие и прогрессирование ОА. Освещается роль метаболических нарушений в патогенезе этого заболевания. Обобщаются данные о связи ОА с профессиональной деятельностью пациентов.
